Pamplona, 1975. After graduating in Audiovisuals from the Faculty of Fine Arts UPV/ EHU, she continued her training with postgraduate courses in the drawing department, obtaining the title of Suficiencia Investigadora with the research project “Género, cultura visual y educación artística” (Gender, visual culture and artistic education). This interest in gender and education has marked her plastic work, leading to themes related to childhood and its representations. She currently combines painting and drawing with the illustration of children’s stories, as well as teaching.

Tras licenciarse en Audiovisuales por la Facultad de Bellas Artes UPV/ EHU, continúa su formación con cursos de postgrado en el departamento de dibujo, obteniendo el título de Suficiencia Investigadora con el proyecto de investigación “Género, cultura visual y educación artística”. Este interés por el género y la educación han ido marcando su obra plástica, derivando en temas relacionados con la infancia y sus representaciones. Actualmente combina la pintura y el dibujo con la ilustración de cuentos infantiles, así como la docencia.
