This is the forth fiction short film directed by Miguel Parra after Sin Respuesta (Speechless) (Selected at Clermont-Ferrand film festival, candidate to Goya award, awarded in several national and international festivals), Rawan16/07 and Vero´s Garden (awarded in spanish festivals). His shortfilms use to deal with social issues like evictions, religious integrism and historic memory. In this case (Ab)normal talks about transexuality and social tension conected with society. Miguel is also the screen writer of all of then and he thinks that the bottom line of all of them is the concept of empathy and the lack of it.
